Introduction

Archives are collections of historical evidence on paper e.g. letters, newspapers, posters, photographs, and other documents. All of these were produced at the time when the events happened. Historians call these "Primary Sources".

Today, we can use the evidence in archives to find out about the past.

This web-site will help you to find out about the past by using archive material.
