County Council records
The records of Clackmannan County Council and its predecessors are held by Clackmannanshire Libraries Archives & Walter Murray Local Studies Collection.

County Constabulary records
The location of the surviving records of Clackmannan County Constabulary is not known.

Valuation Rolls
Assessors' rolls for Clackmannan County for the period 1855 to 1989 are held by the National Archives of Scotland. Clackmannanshire Libraries Archives & Walter Murray Local Studies Collection hold a draft roll for 1855, various 19th century collection books, valuation and assessment rolls for various combinations of parishes 1880-1890, rolls for Clackmannan County 1890-1951 and 1953, and rolls for the Stirling and Clackmannan Joint Valuation Authority 1957-1974, and Central Region Council Assessor's Department valiuation rolls for 1975, and 1977-1989.

Medical Officer of Health Reports
Annual reports of the Medical Officer of Health for the County of Clackmannan are held, for the period 1891-1971, by the National Archives of Scotland, and for the period 1906-1931 and 1956-1964 byClackmannanshire Libraries Archives & Walter Murray Local Studies Collection. Medical Officer of Health reports for some years are also held by the Forth Valley Health Authority at Bellsdyke.
